Thirty-one of the world’s best bartenders are set to battle it out in London in February at the finals of Beefeater’s MIXLDN 7 as cocktail competitions look set to follow hot on the heels of the popularity of cookery shows. But rather than cooking up a storm in the kitchen or baking showstoppers in a tent, the 31 bartenders at Beefeater MIXLDN 7 will be conjuring up some of the most innovative gin cocktails ever seen behind the bar at The Bike Shed, Shoreditch.
