All reviews mention the long queues, although waiting time was not too bad if your prepared and have something to read while you wait or someone to talk to. I ordered my currency online and collected at Victoria branch. What a mistake!! Staff are rude and ill mannered. The website does not make it clear that you need to bring ID for debit / credit card payments so you have to go to the ATM machine down the road to take cash out. This was restrictive with the limit you can take out on your card, this could have all been avoided with clear communication in the first place. Not pleasant....

Will never visit this place again. I wasted half a day trying to get to Victoria. People queued outside like cattle at this tiny money box. They quoted me one rate over the phone for my dollars and they had one rate on the web and another when I got to the branch. Very rude staff when I pointed this out and most of them don't even want to talk to you. 3 customers prior to me had the same argument about rates and they too vowed never to come back.
