Seriously the worst bank ever, Citibank in general, not branch specific.
Threaten by their Indian call centre to provide proof of address in a London Branch otherwise would close out account. Went all the way to the branch was told call centre do not have branch's diaries and they can't book appointments. Branch staff still sorted everything for us, but a week later received another daily threatening calls from the call centre threatening to close accounts again! Call centre cannot connect us directly to branch either. No departments talk to each other. Useless bank.

In order to buy foreign currency from this bank, you must have a current form of identification with you.
