If he is the tall neatly bearded young man in the smart suit, I agree with the comment on Jonathan. He always has a friendly word and is knowledgeable as well as helpful, but I have always found all of the staff very ready to help and conscientious. A friendly bank branch.
Jonathan at Santander Ealing Bond Street is always very helpful, rushing to make all his customers welcome in his pleasant soft accented voice and sparing a word for everyone, edpecially the elderly, even when busy and active. It sets a good tone for the branch and other staff.
I specifically wanted to commend on a particular staff called Yasimine, I don't know her last name. She is a bit older, wears glasses; I noticed how she relate with customers in a very very good manner and she is very helpful. She tend to multi-task sometimes when they are busy. Am always frequent at Ealing branch and I see how she is dedicated to her job. I wish other staff can emulate her commitment. I hope the branch manager and regional manager sees this message & appreciate her. She's very respectful no matter how old one is. She need to be "APPRECIATED MORE." Thank you
