TSB Bank

I had an accounts review yesterday with my TSB branch in Enfield.
I must say it was such a pleasant and relaxing meeting and very satisfied how the meeting went, but all that's down to the lovely bubbly Giz, what a star, such an asset to the branch. 10/10,

Waited for 25 minutes to be served and the person at the computer asked me if I was in the queue and when I said I was she said, well get in it then .I am disabled and unable to stand in one place for any length of time. I felt her manner was brusque and disrespectful. I normally use the Cockfosters branch but that has now closed. The staff there are pleasant and courteous. Perhaps they closed the wrong branch? To cap it all they did not give me a receipt and said they were unable to do so. What a bunch of no-hopers. Will NEVER use their branch again.
