Counter staff claim they are forbidden to accept cash deposits into an in-Branch A/C. This MUST be done via an in-Branch Machine!!! Is it April !st?? Basil Faltey would be proud!

Total incompetence prevails at the Vincent Parade branch with staff taking TWICE as long to explain why they cannot perform a basic requirement than SIMPLY doing their job!! Restaff this Branch immediately before they do irreparable damage!!
