Nat west branch, Holloway road...... The manager is Josh, real personal customer care, like it used to be years ago, with your local bank . All the staff are proper effecient, but top marks to Josh, who runs the show. Very young guy, but blimey.... He knows how to run a bank . Other banks take note. No headhunting now - okay....!!!!
