possibly the worst branch of a bank I have ever been in!
Suggested improvements -
Act like you're pleased to see customers
Try not to look disgusted at even the simplest of requests
Don't tell customers off (particularly those that are elderly or may not speak English fluently and therefore don't understand what your saying)
Smile!
