Need to pick up phone calls, need to honour taxi bookings especially when clients are aiming to get a specific train. Made us miss our train and refused to pick up telephone when taxi was delayed and never turned up. No accountability! No responsibility or ownership when feedback provided. Oh and rubbish customer service, this is not recommend service!!!
