Putney Cars

Used at the end of May to get to Richmond Park from Putney. Driver charged us more than previously stated when I booked the taxi. Driver made some excuse that he needed more to get back yo Puntey. I felt £16 was a lot so when we were charged £19 I was annoyed.
Taxi was booked for collection at Putney Bridge station, driver refused to collect us, called & demanded we walked to him.
Just really poor service in general

I asked for a pick up from the airport - but the driver was very haphazard and took 20mins to actually come to meet me. He was very difficult to understand on the phone and was not waiting at arrivals, despite the plane being 30 min late. Not what you would want to do nor expect to be doing wandering around at 4am in Gatwick trying to find your taxi. Would not recommend for airport pick ups.
