When a customer makes a booking give them a reference number so they can confirm you are going to turn up at the appointed time, date and place rather than leaving a passenger stranded with no way home. On the Saturday I booked for my wife to be picked up on Sunday from Stansted, gave the flight reference, her phone number, name etc and drop off point, quoted £80 plus car park. Fine thank you. Sunday and Mrs C has not been contacted, so I call the number my phone has saved, Sorry we have no record of this booking. No way for them to get a car to the airport 90 minutes away to collect her - she has to travel by train. Extending her travel time considerably. I had to give one star as the web would not accept zero.
