Arrive on time. If late, apologise.
If a customer complains because you are very let, don’t say you have plenty of other jobs you could do.
If a woman complains quite rightly and fairly when you are very late, don’t label her a ‘lady in distress’ and then address the man to explain your excuse. The man was equally annoyed however I just got there first with my complaint.
The driver said he only got a call with the job shortly before our pick up time. If so, the organising company should organise their drivers better.
