Oak Tree Cars

I have used this company for many years, mostly to and from Heathrow, or into town. I have always had good service, prompt arrival times, clean and spacious vehicles, polite and friendly drivers. I would not hesitate to recommend them. My use was both professional when on business trips , and for personal journeys.

I have used Oak tree on a number of occasions and have found the drivers to be really helpful, The cars clean and tidy and the prices reasonable.

Oak tree cars are a taxi firm that has been operating in East Acton for the last 25 years. I have been personally using the service for last 20 years and can confidently say the service has been exceptional. I would highly recommend this cab firm to all. M.D Richard Cambell, Hammersmith hospital.

Oak tree cars customer service is disgusting, they refused to give me a price as they said they tell me the price all the time yet there drivers ALWAYS try to over charge me (this was not first time I'd taken this journey) They hung up on me a number of times then refused to give me a cab, even though all I wanted was a price & from what I know that is there job!! The manner in which I was spoken to is indescribable just blatant rudeness & attitude! DO NOT CALL THIS CAB STATION!!!

Service is rude no information verry agresive and rud no respect the person on the phone I made some inquiries he just hung up the phone i am very disapontet
