Quoted £*** for the journey, was then told by the driver that the journey was £***, however driver did not park in the car park. Therefore why should I pay the higher charge when he did not incur a parking cost? When asked driver to pay the amount was stated plus 5£ extra was told that will take my bag and not release it back till full amount will be paid. When called to supervisor said not to disturb their company anymore and agreed to pay the amount i suggested. This company is rip off people pockets! Never would suggest

Terrible service, unprofessional and fraudsters. I booked a car to pick me up a Gatwick airport. I was travelling with a baby. We landed and i had no updates re my car. I had an int'l mobile and had trouble calling the number. when i finally did they informed me the car had broken down and it would be another hr before collection. They forced me to decide at that moment if i wanted to cancel - i asked to wait 5/10 min which they refused. I called back and another employee told me if i cancel i would receive a fill refund so i did. i then received a text saying i would only get 50% return and to this date have not even received that. i have been charged 100%. The staff were rude and extremely unprofessional. I would never use this company again and advise others not to as well. The uber from gatwick i was forced to take was actually 25% cheaper.

Terrible service. Do not use. Arranged airport pick up with a car seat. Driver had no idea how to fit the car seat so suggested he drives in a completely unsafe position without a seat belt.
Driver was very rude and actually physically rough with our 8 month baby when trying to fit the car seat with her in it.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Head office screened our calls and refused to pick up the phone when I tried to speak to them to suggest they send a different car and driver. Left us completely stranded.

Terrible service with terrible drivers. Avoid at all costs. Take a regulated, professional qualified London taxi. Drivers who know what they're doing and the fares are very reasonable, cheaper than minicabs a lot of the time and regulated by TFL.

My driver on this journey was by far the best. He drove with care and consideration. His car was clean and quiet. I appreciated the fact that he did not at any point touch his mobile. I was relaxed and happy. Thank you for a wonderful service.

I had a lovely journey with cheetah cars driver, we talked about my upcoming trip to Africa where he was from.
Completely charming and professional, journey was a pound lower than I had been quoted too!

Booked a taxi for airport night before my flight .
I called them when they didn't turn up they said they were running 12 min late.
12 min later I called again they said 5 mins more .they came 30 MINUTES late .with no apology
I almost missed my flight .UNRELIABLE SERVICE .
