Booked cabs days in advance for pick up and return for last night to go out with my ninety year old parents . after we got in to the cab he told us the company had cancelled our return journey . I felt angry and extremely disappointed especially as my parents frequently use this company . We promptly got out and I drove . Couldn’t take the risk of being unable to get a return journey ..

I was running late for my train and the tube wasn't going to get me there in time so I grabbed one if these guys...he got me there with minutes to spare and I made my train...he didn't drive like a madman to do this and all the way was polite and calm. Thanks guys top service

In the snow of February 2018 I had pre-booked a cab (for a hospital appointment) with another firm whose driver failed to show. After several agitated conversations with their control centre, I fell back on Brentford and Ealing radio cars. The driver arrived within five minutes, was courteous and extremely helpful. Although the other firm's driver had claimed to be stuck in snow on the Uxbridge Road, my driver went up the Uxbridge Road which was entirely clear of snow, and also found neat ways to avoid the traffic. Wish I had used them in the first place. Will definitely use again.

I was very impressed with the service I received on Saturday when I booked a taxi to take me from Brentford to Wembley so I could watch games at both grounds.
The driver was there on time at the agreed pick up and was very helpful in navigating a route that got me to Wembley in time for the game and dropped me as near as possible to the entrance,

i live in the GWQ development and my family and I use this cab company and we have always had great service. Have been using this firm for over 6 years, i would recommend this company, they are a safe company who ask you to the book fare, confirm £, check driver ID, then carry on. This firm are founding members of the private car hire association, i really do not like false reviews by people who think they know it all. Clear communication prevents any problems.

It is important to use safe firms and this is a safe firm that myself and family use. i would recommend.

We had a very bad experience with this company the driver arrived 10 minutes before we ordered and he started to call us and tell us to be quick as he couldn't stay in the middle of the street even tought there were places for him to park around . When we questioned why he was being so rude he started to argue with us and shout too. We definetly won't use them ever again and we wouldn't recommend either.
