Extremely unreliable! I booked a car for this morning to take me to the tube station because I had to catch a flight. I've booked the car last night due to the early hour I needed the taxi service for. After waiting infront of my house for 5 minutes I phoned up to ask where is the taxi and I was put on hold and then after a short wait disconnected. I phoned again because I needed a taxi and was told that I can rebook but the next available cab will be at mine after 20 minutes. Needless to say that when I gave my pick up location post code they knew my house number so I'm not sure how they knew that instantly but I didn't have a booking!? The best solution the operator had for me was to call the main office and complain to them! Are you people for real, when I was already 15 minutes behind schedule. I wouldn't trust this company and my family and I will never use it again!

We had booked a car on line to meet us from a flight from Gambia, we had incorrectly put the outward bound flight number, instead of contacting us or even not sending a car they decided to send a car to meet a flight from Innsbrook 2 hours earlier than ours as the flight number was similar. They charged my credit card. As we were travelling with a small child and it was very late I requested another car, they said I would have to pay this in cash which we did. I am now disputing the charge they made for sending the previous car and they are telling the credit card company that we did not pay for the 2nd car a blatant lie. My fault I should have got a receipt but did not expect that they would deny receipt of the money.

Phone staff sounded uninterested and rude, kept waiting for half an hour for my taxi with no apology or discount. Do not use.
