Utterly disgraceful!
I rung up yesterday to make a booking for myself and my guide dog and they informed to that they they did not take guide dogs event thought this is an illegal offence.
The lady on reception has also said this to another person.
This is a cab company that discriminates disabled people!

This is an absolute joke of a service. I have used them twice and horrendous experience both times. You would think the drivers would know the streets of London instead of asking passengers (who are not even from the UK!) directions. the second time the driver didn't turn up in the morning and there was a panic to send another driver. also it was agreed over the phone that £40 would be paid but alas the driver made my dad pay £48. the worst experience ever, not worth the effort, please do NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE. They don't deserve your money. customer service is horrible too!

Very disappointing. I used this service once and it was fine but booked it again and the taxi did not show up for an hour. This was late at night and caused considerable problems. The company did not return phone calls asking for an explanation the following day.

Brilliant Price offer for Drop Off at Stansted.We were 5 people with 10 luggages.So could not fit in two normal cars.But we offered two 7 Seat MPVs for the price of two standard cars.Could not have asked for more.Totally Pleased.

Prompt response to online booking was good, but the car never turned up, the controller couldn't tell me where it was other than "it was definitely coming" and that they would call me. They never called and eventually stopped taking my calls. I emailed a complaint, but got no reply or apology.

About an hour ago I booked a cab with this company from a friends house after a dinner party. In the time it took to say goodbye to my friends the cab had left, I only found this out after calling them to find out where they were when I was waiting outside on my own and them hanging up on me.

thats the best service i ever used in my journeys in the cabs.i like that.very profesional. highly recomended. john
