Good car and affordable prices

Taxi driver 30 mins later than they stated to arrive and was subsequently rude throughout. Customer service from the office staff is mixed, some are helpful and polite, some are confrontational and unprofessional.

Overall an extremely poor service, I would never take the time to write a review unless it was exceptional or atrocious - in this firms case the latter. Avoid is my advice

Dishonest, appallingly rude, late, unhelpful. Arrived 20 mins late, charged 50% more than the agreed booking price, didn't help to load the car, left my equipment in the middle of the road. Took twice as long on a 10 mins trip just because I complained I was already very late. Called the central to complain and they were equally unhelpful, rude and simply dishonest. Wish I had read the other (suspiciously similar) reviews here and on Google before booking. My guess is that they get the bookings because of they quote low and then make the ' extra' by arriving late, leaving us without a choic

They are dishonest and rude. Had a horrible experience, similar to the other review. Booked w minicabster, a large MVP for £10. Called to confirm price and size of it was enough for a baby crib, 2 boxes and 2 bags. The car arrived 20 mins late. The rude driver said it wouldn't fit (in an 8 seater!) and it would cost £15 instead. As I was late I agreed, but he didn't help to load the van. After a very slow journey - twice the usual time and total of 45mins late - parked very far and didn't help unloading. The worst cab experience I had EVER. Came back with all in a Ford Focus

We had my family party in West End this evening. We had booked cab for 4 people. My son was 2 would like to join us last minute. So we 5 got in the cab and the driver charged £10 extra for my son. The journey was quoted £20 for 4 people online.

We were really upset about this. The car arrived was 7 seated so 50% charged extra for an infant was really ridiculous. Do not book with this company!
