was ok but my car smelt so badly of food mixed with drivers incredibly sweet aftershave it was over powering. not what you need after a long flight

Rude drivers. Overcharged our group instead of charging the agreed price. Picked up at wrong location and expected us to walk over to where he was parked rather than drive over to where we were located. Horrible horrble service and drivers. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. The company needs to either retrain their drivers or get new ones.

Very good service! Right on time and felt safe going home. My friend and I were a little taken aback with all the questions the driver asked of us to draw up conversation of course...but he was really friendly and accommodating. He waited as we walked under a bridge to the busy street near my home...kind man with lots of knowledge about London. Would defo call them again.

The staff are incredibly rude. Customer service is everything these days! Theres no excuse for being rude to customers.

The car was in a very bad condition. The driver was rude and unable to find The Waldorf Hilton at Aldwych. He played with his mobile phone during the ride and he tried to screw us with the price. He asked for 28£ instead of 17£ which we payed for exactly the same trip with a regular blackcab. Do yourself a favour and ask for another taxi company.

I have used Chepstow cars for many years and have always had good service.I do not recognise the negative reviews,and as one poor review says to use a black cab I dont trust that its honesty.

I have been using Chepstow cars for years. I use them for myself and i send all my babysitters home with them. Always accommodating with car seats. Consistently receive good, friendly service. Have never had a problem.

They are always on time, helpful, have a car seat for babies and toddler's and I always pay the price quoted before hand. I don't recognise the former reviews and I am using their services for 2 years now and will continue to do so.

I would not recommend this minicab to anyone. This is a terrible service. Rude manager and drivers who overcharge, shout at you and do not know the destination yet expect you to pay for dropping you off somewhere in the vicinity. Don't waste your money take a black cab and be safe!

I was recommended this service online, and I have to say, the service from Chepstow was dreadful. The driver tried to over-charge our group instead of charging us the quoted price. When we tried to clarify the matter with the company, the manager on the phone refused to help us at all and told us to 'deal with the driver ourselves', and then hung up. Very, very disappointing and rude service, and the shenanigans with the driver made us late for our appointment!
