I have used the service a few times and they often change their prices quoted on the phone when they pick you up. The Customer Service is also very unfriendly and not willing to help.

I would not use this company again and recommend that you don't ! A cab was booked for me from Euston Road Premier Inn to take myself and family members to the Theatre Royal on Drury Lane. It turned up late, the driver was constantly using his mobile to text whilst driving, he dropped us off about half a mile from theatre, stating it was just round the corner and charged £25. We missed the first 20mins of the production. What an absolute disgrace of a service if you can call it that.

Do not under any circumstances use this company. Firstly, the taxis are always late and recently made me miss my train even though we had booked the cab 3 hours in advance to get us to the train station because they turned up 20 minutes late. They also offered absolutely no discount as a result. Then, I thought I'd give them one last chance and I booked a cab with pick up and drop off postcodes and was quoted £7, then when I got dropped off the taxi man demanded £10 and called me an f*****g cheat for saying I had been told £7 and shouted and shouted and shouted at me. Appalling and very scary

Direct Cars are the best! I booked them to pick up my parents from Heathrow. When I found out that they had been put on a later flight, I was expecting to be charged for the journey. When I went online to make another booking I saw that they had refunded my payment. Naturally I booked with them again as I was so pleased by this gesture.

Very reliable, friendly (both the dispatchers and drivers), show up on time. Seem a notch above some other providers in the neighborhood.
