Used over the last 24 hours 4 times! Friendly, effecient, on time. The drivers were all lovely and made the journey a pleasure rather than a chore!

Id called round for a quote and got a good price at Waterloo. Literally £10 less than two other companies. The operator was kind and didn't rush me like the others. The taxi came quickly, it was clean and smelt lovely. The taxi driver was lovely, quiet and a good driver.

I have been using Waterloo Taxis for four years, and their service is second to none, with competent, polite and knowledgable drivers. The offer good value for money, have smart tidy cars, and I recommend them unreservedly.

I have used Waterloo Cars for several years. They have never let me down once. With excellent vehicles and drivers, last week, a driver picked up my son and I from an obscure road near a West End theatre without difficulty, and on time. Prices are brilliant, and I cannot recommend them enough. I am a retired businessman, and have no connection to the Company

The service is excellent, especially since they upgraded their level of phone operators. They now have a lady and a gentleman who are always very polite and professional on the phone, give you an accurate quote, quick to send a cab, and don't shout at their drivers or customers over the phone, A*.
