Shocking customer service. Car never turned up and no apology when I rang them and they refused to send a car, despite me booking it several days in advance.

Having used this company a few times previously, I was shocked to receive such rude and incompetent attitude when trying to enquire about booking an airport pickup service. The male operator's tone was both condescending and patronizing. Clearly, what amounted to a 2 minute conversation was beyond his limited capacity to refrain from blatant rudeness and offence. I have never been compelled to write a review or complaint before, but then again ive never encountered such hoatile customer service.

We used them for many years and have not been let down.

Driver did not show up at the agreed time; when I called they were unfriendly and rushed and said it would take another "three or four minutes". Five minutes later: no car, no call, and no answer on the phone. Twelve minutes after the agreed time, when I have already had to find another solution, I get a call from the driver.

They should communicate more clearly and pro-actively and, most importantly for a minicab service, be on time or send someone else. Not good enough.

They are just dishonest

Terrible service, I booked a car on 23rd December for the following day. The price was very expensive but I thought it was because it was Christmas eve. When I arrived at destination the following day, the driver asked for twice the amount claiming it was Christmas eve. I refused and said the price had been agreed with their call centre the previous day. The driver called the call centre which confirmed the inflated price at my surprise. I refused to pay and just gave the amount originally agreed. The driver then started to insult me in his own language...

This cab firm is the Best!!!!!! I have used them for a very long time and have never been disappointed! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They have always been prompt and the drivers are all very warm and friendly. Whenever I have attended the office, everyone's always welcoming!!! Keep up the great work!!!! Love u allllll!!

Brilliant serivce! We used them to and then back from Paddington Station to catch a flight and they were right on time, very friendly and courteous drivers who got out and helped with our luggage.
If ever we need a taxi, we only ever use these guys.

Brilliant mini cab office, very reliable they've never let me down. Also provide child seats which i was very pleased to hear also FREE of charge, where as other mini cab offices i have used have charged me.
