I ordered a car yesterday to pick us up yesterday for a trip to the Wolesey as a birthday treat. It's in Picadilly and we would usually get the tube , but because of the heat yesterday we thought a car with air con would be far more comfortable. How wrong we were!!! The car was late turning up, despite over an hours notice of the time. The driver had very bad English and had no air con on in the car , despite it being well over 30c. We asked him several times to put the air con on but he clearly didn't want to. He muttered away about it " losing " his battery as it was an electric vehicle . He kept fiddling with his phone and his sat nav was constantly telling him to go the opposite way to which we should be going. I asked him if he knew where he was going and he started shouting at me mainly in a different language. We decided to get out of the vehicle as we really didn't feel safe with him. I put £10 on his arm rest. Which was the smallest amount of cash I had on me and then he started blowing his horn and screaming for " money money". He had literally taken us from beside Dollis Hill tube to Willesden Green tube. £10 was way too much. I have tried ringing the office today but they are not answering my calls. They used to be a good reliable company but we will never use them again. Absolutely dreadful service and totally unreliable and unsafe

Office staff were very helpful and friendly when I was booking my cars, and the drivers who turned up on both my journeys were very reliable and cabs were on time

I phoned two weeks before xmas and was given a quote of £16 for Xmas day. Phoned to order cab on Xmas day and was told the price had gone up. Receptionist argued with me even though I am a loyal customer who has spent hundreds there & would not honour the price I had been quoted two weeks earlier by his manager. He told me I was wasting his time & he hung up the phone on me. This is how they treat their loyal, repeat customers! I would suggest they learn how to run their business in a more customer oriented way.
