Why have they "out sourced" the booking office. It was always so efficient in Magdalen Road but when I ring now to chase lateness of regular booking I cannot understand speaker.
Shame as drivers are always pleasant to my disabled daughter.

preordered a cab from southwest car Earlsfield for a 8am pickup, told the cost would be £25, he keep on using his phone & playing with his maps too, didn’t drop us off on the right street, then when he did drop us off I passed him the money to which he said NO you have to pay cogeneration on top so £40 for a 4 mile trip. Call the office no manager in everytime I call even asked them to call me back still no call back. What a ripoff never using them again privately or for my work now. Told all my colleagues to book anyone or a good black cab poor is the only word I can say with out #######

I’ve been living in earlsfield for 4 years and I’ve used several car services for airport runs, taxi trips here and there etc. South West Cars is by far the best I’ve used. They can be very abrupt on the phone and in the office but the drivers show up on time and get me where I need to go. Prices are basically unbeatable.

I’ve had several nights where I ended up at the station with feet too sore from high heels to walk up the hill and they’ve always accommodated me - even for the tiny fare to take me up the road.

Once had a very kind man drive me home, and when I was unable to pay in exact change he allowed me to stop by at a later date to pay.

Very grateful to have a service that still caters to the locals and values their regular customers.

I've used south west cars on numerous occasions and have always found them to be the cheapest, but most of all the drivers are polite and always on time. I always speak different controllers but they are all friendly and happy to help. I've never had any issues with prices either, they seem reasonable. Based on my experience it's been positive consistently and I highly recommend them.

I booked a cab from my home to Gatwick Airport at 5am and was given a set quote of 35 pounds for the journey. The cab rang at the set time but there had been a mix up at the office and it had been sent to the wrong location. Therefore the cab was 20 minutes late. The cab driver nearly crashed at two roundabouts going through them without braking and almost hit on coming traffic on two occasions.

They need to improve their punctuality and customer service. I've used this company twice now and both times they have been late arriving for a booked journey and I've had to ring and remind them. First occasion 20mins late, 2nd occasion 45 mins late. There was no apology or explanation whatsoever from the controller other than "he'll be there in 5 mins" needless to say - he wasn't. Their poor customer service and poor punctuality means that I shall be using a different cab firm in the future.

Regular user of SW cars and usual great service. However today we've been waiting outside in the cold for 35mins for our car. We've rang the company numerous times to be told our car "is on it's way" or "3 minutes away". The customer service was appalling. The gentleman on the phone was dismissive and very rude. I'm very disappointed in the service and will not be using SW cars again.

Everything people have said about this firm is pretty much true. The controller is blunt (does he have to be your friend?) the driver do sometimes try to have you over (tell em price you were quoted and they usually back down, if not get them to phone the office), occasionally they get a little lost (though all have sat nav). BUT they are dirt cheap- on average 50 per cent cheaper than most other firms. Used this firm for over two years and never had cause for complaint. Highly recommend!

What a great cab firm i have been using them to take me to and from the airport since i moved into earlsfield 2 years ago and i have allways found their staff and drivers to be very friendly and professional. Their cars are allways clean and drivers dressed smartly.keep up the good work

I feel that South West Cars is the most reliable and efficent mini cab/ taxi service in South London. I've been living in Chelsea for over five years and use them on a regular basis. The service they provide is excellent and their staff are always willing to go the extra mile to help provide a cust

Awful company, never use them! Took a taxi to the airport, the driver had no idea how to get there, took wrong turns, I ended up having to direct her!! and took double the time I was told it would take. Ended up missing my flight as hasn't gone through security 30mins before flight. I called a lovely man Aty and he said it was disgraceful, could see the stupid route the driver took, and I should get a refund, to call Billie the next day. I called Billie, he isn't a nice man, basically told me to bog off. Nice. I said Aty promised a refund, and he said it was my own fault I should allow longer to get there. But I had asked their opinion when I booked it when I should leave to make sure I get there in time. But he thinks that all people that take cabs should also know the routes to wherever they are going and how long it may take, as South West Cars don't take any responsibility for knowing that. They are unprofessional, rude, awful drivers. Really awful.

Absolutely awful company - they put their details through my letter box so I thought I'd give them a go. However, when they were late (so that I missed my train) they blamed me saying that I lived too far from their office and it was my fault. The operator was incredibly rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible, terrible customer service! I always use SW cars and have just called to book a cab to and from the airport and the extremely rude controller was so sarcastic and abrupt that I cancelled my taxi - £60 and have decided to use someone else. I tried explaining where I lived because the drivers always get confused but he didnt want to know. I will never again use South West Cars and hope the controller finds his job back a that the large fast food chain Newbie mentioned! Never ever again and I will certainly be telling all my friends and family to find an alternative company.
Thank you controller for ruining the driver's chance to earn some money. Typical!

Hi, What can i say this company has issues in both the manners and knowledge department, When it comes to customer service i'm sure their controller used to work for a large fast food chain ! Both rude and blunt, Although their driver was alot more friendly how ever he still charged more then was quoted ! £18.00 instead of £16.00 no dramas though I let him keep the change from £20.00 maybe business is slow so they need to put the price's up ! As from a customers propective if you don't like the service you don't go back ! I've switched to the company just up the road won't mention names, They seem to be more customer orientated !!

Hi, I was surprised, but two times I was using the South West Cars, I was given different prices by the office and later by the driver. Before trip, price given by the office was 16 pounds, but driver asked me to pay 18 pounds. Next time, price given by the office was 15 pounds, and the driver ask me for 17 pounds, strange.... isn't it? Thanks God, there's more than one minicab company in Earlsfield. M.‎
