Browns 24 Hour Car Hire Service

If I could leave no stars I would.
Booked for 5.30am as I had a plane to catch...just didn't arrive at all...Still no answer from the office at 8.30am to make a complaint..disgusting customer service

The cab driver came to collect me 15 minutes late. He didn't apologise and said that Browns don't tell them where the passenger is going prior, so the driver doesn't cancel. The car was a TIP, material coming off the seats, water bottles and cans all over the place and the man was SO RUDE. Would rather pay more for an uber than take another trip with Browns.

This is the most over priced service in the area. Drivers make up their own prices

The controller was the rudest most miserable man I've ever met. He didn't care that we were there, ignored us without acknowledgement and then eventually mumbled something incoherent. We left without taking a taxi!!!

Best cab service, polite drivers & lively journeys because the drivers make it such a great time, always will use Browns
