Bittacy Cars forgot to pick me up at an airport at 2am. They accepted they had made an error and agreed to pay the extra I was charged for using a black cab. I gave them the details to pay the money, but they didn't. I rang to politely tell them. They hung up on me. I rang again. They hung up again
