Unreliable and rude. In 2018 driver went to his home without collecting me. They had to find another driver. I was waiting at Heathrow for about 2 hours after a journey of 16 hours. In 2019 I stressed that I wanted a driver to be waiting for me when I arrived. My iphone sim card was stolen in China. I did not want to have to keep using a payphone. I emailed twice from China with no response. I then phoned from China. The person who answered just said "Hang on a sec" without checking what my call was about. I was kept waiting for 4 minutes. I again stressed I wanted a driver to be waiting for me when I arrived. I came out of the arrivals at 5.30 am. after a journey of 24 hours. There was no one there for me. There were plenty of other drivers there on time waiting for their customers, I took the tube and train home. I phoned Bittacy. The person who answered argued and told me the driver had been there. I asked at what time and was told he'd arrived after 5.40.

I have used Bittacy car service many times and so given them plenty of business. Unfortunately there have been a few times that the taxi has not turned up on time. Today my husband had to wait 40 minutes as they had completely forgotten! I even called them to confirm that the flight is on time and to make sure the cab is on time and yet they forget. The last thing you need when you get off the plane and come out quickly is to have to wait for a taxi... very disappointing. The controller did call to apologise but it doesn’t really count for much I am afraid.

check the driver has the correct information/check the driver drives responsibly and does not speed/check the driver is polite and helpful and not with an attitude.

I'm a customer of Bittacy cards for nine years and the have bem my favourite. The drivers are very good, polite and always on time. I strongly recommend them.

Don't bother, whatever waiting time they give you double it. A text was sent no cab for ages. I queried the driver who was sketchy on if he or the controller issued it. Not impressed.

I live very close to the cab office and i have to say how polite and respectful all the drivers we have used over the years are!!! At the beginning of this month They took my wife, son and myself to Heathrow and used every ounce of skill and knowledge to get us out of serious taffic jams and only taking 48 mins! The driver was brilliant.

I have used Bittacy cars multiple times and more often than not they are late. I called for a taxi and after waiting more than half an hour past the due time and multiple calls to them but my taxi didn't arrive. I called again only to find the taxi had broken down and cancelled and they hadn't even thought to tell me even though they knew I was waiting. I requested another taxi, now an hour later than the original time I had asked for, I asked for compensation for this as they had neglected to inform me and they rudely passed me down.

Bittacy Cars forgot to pick me up at an airport at 2am. They accepted they had made an error and agreed to pay the extra I was charged for using a black cab. I gave them the details to pay the money, but they didn't. I rang to politely tell them. They hung up on me. I rang again. They hung up again
