Outstanding attention received as urgently required small repair prior to annual leave commitments. They sourced required parts and were happy to fit on Saturday morning whilst I waited. Great attention to detail and response to our needs. Happy to recommend to others.

As mention in a previous review it is so hard to find an honest business let alone car mechanics who not only provide excellent customer service and great workmanship but at a reasonable price yet right in Balham you will find all three at Autocentre Balham.
The owner, Bobby is so polite, calm and reassuring. He treats all his customers with total honesty and respect.
Recently my car received a bash which caused bumps and scratches whilst parked in a local Supermarket car park which required repair and a respray. The job was absolutely perfect and the cost was a lot less than it should have been. They even removed other little dents and scratches I hadn't noticed. I have recommended a number of other friends who have also become regular customers. Highly recommended.

I’ve use Autocentre South Balham twice now for MOT and service and have been very happy with the service. Extremely efficient and a great one stop shop for getting your car done. Bobby was extremely helpful and it made it all very simple. I won’t take my car to a Volkswagen dealership again as you save money with these guys and the service is just as good. He was very honest as he told me previously to bring the car back a few months later as the service wasn’t necessary due to low mileage - quite refreshing when someone is genuinely there to help and not just make money.

Very friendly service but also very efficient. Went out of their way to keep costs of repair to a minimum but carried repair out quickly. Kept me informed the whole time and gave me options not a take it or leave it.

It's a rare thing to find a trustworthy, competent and friendly auto repair centre but this one ticks all the boxes. Bobby clearly cares about offering a great customer service at a reasonable cost. He goes out of his way to accommodate any repairs needed to my time constraints and always explains what work needs to be carried out and why. My Volvo is in great hands with him.

I am so pleased that I have, after many years, found a garage that I am able to recommend. My mini had been 'sick' for some years, it had visited many different garages and on most occasions I was sold a new battery - all the garages believed that the fault was due to fact that I was doing so little mileage.. Bobby at Autocentre was brilliant, he collected the car and he has fixed it (and I didn't need a new battery!) I will certainly continue to use Autocentre.

I was very pleased with the service and MOT carried out and particularly appreciated the speed and flexibility offered for weekend service work.Bobby was courteous and professional and took the time to talk through the work needed. I thought the pricing was good with no hidden extras.they also washed my car which was a decided bonus !

Recently i phoned the RAC to recommend a garage, it was the best days work we done. A lady reversed into our vehicle causing damage to the front. We arrived at Autocentre South and we were so impressed with Bobby. The work was carried out in two days, they even valeted the vehicle. The service was impeccable, we would recommend the garage to all of our friends. At last we have found some one who was caring and understanding.
