I visited the garage to have my suspension checked but before they even managed to get my vehicle on the rump, one of their mechanic made a dent on my door. While he was reversing H we hit a metal bin which is near the door and made a dent while I was standing there. They denied it, ganged up on me, tried to intimidate me and became abusive! They knew that their mechanic had done it as they examined the damage, saw it was fresh and the dent and scratch matched exactly with the height of the bin. I had just bought the car about a day prior to it and examined the car fully and there was not dent there when I bought it. I wanted to have the car examined and get a service too before I srarted driving it but to my horror the man reversed back without a dent and came back with a dent. He knew he had hit something as the guilt was on his face. I did not ask them to fix it(which they should really do) or give me anything for it but they behaved very unprofessionally so I just decided to leave

I have an old car and have been to the garage twice with breakdowns. I found them very helpful and on the last occasion they worked hard to fix the problem and keep costs down. I'd go again.

This company was highly recommended by people on Google, however I had the worst experience as a first time customer. I booked an appointment for a full service and got totally ripped off. They had no idea or clue on how to service a Vauxhall Astra; but they charged me over £200 to conduct a basic service. The faults that I discussed with them were not fixed at all, as they claimed that they needed an extra £200 to fix my windscreen wipers, electric window button and more charges for new tyres - there was nothing wrong with my wipers or tyres, as I recently put new tyres in!!!! We have been operating in Bethnal Green for over 30 years.
When I saw this review I looked at our records for this customer and saw that indeed she has only come to us once.
She had a full service (in which all filters, spark plugs, engine oil and gear box oil were replaced)and replaced both rear wheel cylinders that were needed.
Both front tyres were wearing on the sides (which could have been the tracking) and the REAR washer motor was not working at the time.
We never tell a customer that they need anything if they in fact do not.
We are a very open and honest garage, who will notify customers of any work that is needed and all costings before we do any job.
We certainly do not over charge.
Only then if the customers gives their permission for us to carry on, do we do so.
This customer chose not to have the additional work done.
I am sorry to hear that this potentially new customer was very disappointed with us.
We do our best to help all our customer with service and the best prices possible, as we know everyone is struggling at the moment.

I have used this garage since 2007 for yearly services & MOT's.When I sold my old fiesta I recommended them to the buyer as I find the service and professionalism is superb. I still use them for my new fiesta and any small issues they will fix without any fuss or charging the earth.

I took my car here and found the staff very professional and polite.

I had a service and mot and found them competitive in price.
They always kept me informed of any problems they found and gave me the choice whether or not to let them do the jobs.

They informed me how much it was going to cost me before they started on anything in case I didnt want it done.

Since having the jobs done my car is running lovely.

I recommend them to anyone.

By personal experience I took both of my cars there and the service is horrible.

Both of them they didn't a proper job and even the last One which had engine problem they didn't replace all the parts but still charge me for it. Now my car is gonne again and the garage I took him to be fixed didn't believe on me when I said they fix the problem until I showed the receipt. Lucky enough I have the receipt and gonna take legal action.

So when they come to you and ask if you want receipt always say yes. They ask that so if something goes wrong they won't have any legal obligation towards you and also tax evasion.

It's time for them to be responsible.

My final advise you better taking your car to the local butcher that to this garage.

i find this review very concerning. This garage has been in business for over 26 years and we have always strived to help all our customers with our service, expertise and very competitive prices.
We are very clear on what is wrong with a vehicle and always tell customers costs before we even start a job, then its upto the customer if they want us to do it or not.
This is an very old review and to date not one of my customers has taken legal action.
In fact I can boast that most of my customers have been coming back year after year, some for over 20 years.
I would like to know when this happened so that it may be looked into properly and rectified.
We always want our customers to be happy and their loyalty must show that they are.
