This place is a 5 minute walk from my house, so I thought I would try it out rather than pay the expensive Dagenham Ford charges. I took my Ford Ka for a MOT and arrived a little late (my fault entirely) and the service was still efficient and friendly and I still insisted on waiting for my car. 30 minutes later the MOT ws done as soon as they could. I intend to take my Rover 75 Connoisseur there next for a service and MOT and hope that I receive the same professional service. I will let you know in less than a month! There is parking to the rear and that makes it very easy to use, as at most places, parking is always difficult to find on the road when dropping off my cars. Credit card payment was fast and efficient and I was soon on my way. The waiting room is comfortable and water is available as well as magazines to read. A little gem. I will use them again even though the MOT charge was a bit higher than I have seen in other areas, it was offset by the location and the staff's efficiency.
