Anybody considering renting a vehicle from Europcar Putney Bridge, PLEASE reconsider. I booked a vehicle online four weeks in advance. When I arrived to pick up the car it was not there and I had to wait until the next day before a car was available, upsetting our pre-arranged accomodation plans for that day and throwing our whole schedule off track. No apology from the very rude, inefficient, disorganised manager. She was too busy whinging about her problems...she is the problem. Seven weeks later I am still waiting to have my one day's prepaid rental fee reimbursed. Please stay away.
