I booked a last min car as Enterprise had rang me up and cancelled my booking due to a "shortage of cars" which was absolutely ridiculous. They ruined my plans. Bearing that in mind I rushed over to Ilford, the chap named Tanveer who served me was outstanding! He understood every aspect of my needs and provided me with exceptional customer service. He gave me a fantastic car to drive which was really good on fuel and very convenient for myself, wife and kids! He made my experience smooth especially the grief from Enterprise. Because of the customer service I received from this young man I will certainly be back and definitely will be recommending to friends and family.
