Having tried to contact them about their bad service they have not replied after 6 emails and 3 phone calls. Terrible customer service.

CITIRENTAL JUST HAS TO BE THE BEST CAR RENTAL COMPANY IN LONDON. WHY? I’ll tell you why …………[1] they have a great fleet of late models cars [2] their rates are the most competitive [3] they are conveniently located next door to Swiss Cottage tube station [4] I rent allot from companies all over the world. Of course, renting from airports is far more expensive. When I’m in London I always rent with CitiRental. I jump on the tube from Heathrow (one change at Green Park) and I can pick up a car from CitiRental quicker, cheaper and more conveniently than any of the airport rental companies who bus their customers to some desolate perimeter location, make you stand in a queue for hours and then you have to stand at the rental desk answering a lot of inane questions.

Would be helpful if maybe considered the inclusion on website or advised customers that there is no free parking available on your forecourt.
Having travelled down from Leicester to assist son with a flat move did not appreciate had to pay a parking charge of £6 whilst completed paperwork and collected a prebooked vehicle and unfortunately as a result received a £60 parking notice.

Great price, no hidden extras. Easy Picked up service, car was clean and tidy. Everything went well without a hitch.

Very nice and helpful staff. The pick up at Swiss Cottage office was very friendly, smooth and quick.

Some of the staff at this rental company do not speak the best English so it is difficult to determine what is actually happening. I was with a guy who returned a vehicle today and I personally think they done the tiniest of scratches to the windscreen as they inspected the vehicle without us being present.

We made a booking in January for a 2 day period over Easter. We received an e-mailed booking confirmation and then 2 weeks prior to the booking date Citirental sent a cancellation e-mail stating that they had made an "clerical error" and the only option they gave was to rebook over DIFFERENT DATES at a HIGHER PRICE! No terms and conditions relating to cancellation were included on the booking confirmation.

I had a job for a few days that required a van. The people were friendly and the service was quick and easy, as well as good value for money. Recommended.
