Chiswick Self-Drive Van Hire

Horrific company. Booked van for two day hire at a cost of £202. Lads van up at 9.30 on Saturday and were told it needed to be back by 12pm on the Sunday!!!!! I tried to call them at 10.40am to query this and nobody answered and yet they don’t close until 11am - could not contact anybody at all! Also their answerphone message gives out the wrong opening hours I was told ...... change it then! As they had my bank details and I didn’t want to get charged for an ‘extra’ day we had no choice but to cut short our job and get the van back! On returning it we were told that we actually had until 8am Monday morning! Have complained but it’s futile because no-one calls back or answers email and no offer of refund for the money they have been overpaid. Should have stuck with Enterprise. Steer clear ...... rude unhelpful staff

Great and uncomplicated! The guys at Chiswick Vanhire are very nice and friendly. You get the Van for 24h and they have an overnight drop off. Great value for money! I requested a lot of quotes and this was by far the best offer I got - especially for the weekend. I will definitely use them again!

Have used them for years for all types of vans....great company.Cant fault them, great prices too.

We wanted a small van on a Sunday to move our daughter's stuff from her shared house. This place opens on Sunday morning, unlike most, and had a small van available for under 40 quid, with a lower than average excess too. Friendly staff and we were soon on our way. The van had done over 100,000 miles but worked fine and I rather like having a slightly scruffy vehicle - less chance of being charged for the odd scratch. Brought it back the next morning and there was a cursory inspection - no seeking out tiny new scratches (there weren't any anyway!) and I was away within a couple of minutes. They're right by Chiswick Park tube and near plenty of bus lines so it's easy to get there. Recommended.

They only allow you to rent vhicles providing you do not wish to trval beyond new castle!!!!!!
