Enterprise Rent A Car

I used this car company yesterday after being hugely messed around by Europe car. My car had broken down on the way to Romford from Lincolnshire so I was stranded with no vehicle to get home in. The first company messed us around hugely and Enterprise stepped in and sorted everything out for me. I was alone with my son, feeling very anxious and upset and they really were a god send for me. I can’t remember the gents name who spoke to me over the phone but as I was very upset he reassured me and did everything he could to help. When we went to collect the car every member of staff was lovely, and really kind. We were offered a drink and a seat and thankfully didn’t have to wait around long at all which given how busy they seemed to be was a massive relief. Thank you to all the staff for helping get us home!
