National Car Parks

Bloody car park ! Never park there. No cctv no staff nothing. Our friends car was broken into when we parked there. Terrible terrible!!! If you read these reviews please do not park there.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Car was broken into and have been told it is in their terms & conditions they are not responsible. No compassion, just a generic email stating they accept no responsibility. NOT SECURE. Anyone can enter the car park. If we had known that ANYONE can enter, we would never have parked here. Judging by the reviews, it keeps happening. Avoid at all costs.

We stayed in the NCP Portman Square Car park whilst residing in the Portman Hotel above, I decided to park the car in the NCP as their stated quotation is "provide a secure car parking service" during the period from 19:00 on 23rd July to 10:00 25th July my car was broken into, it appeared a least one other vehicle was also broken into. Reporting it to NCP was impossible as no security guard was available. According to the the Portman Hotel the secuirty guards have been removed to save money, and recently a number of cars have been broken into or damaged. The cost of the car park was £72, plus my insurance excess, never mind what was taken. There is CCTV which I am hoping in conjuction with the Police will be able to catch someone! My personnel advice, dont use the car park.
