Mets Hand Car Wash

This place is an absolute joke. Apart from being terrible at washing the car, they are over priced. I left my car to be cleaned whilst I went to Tesco next door. When I put my shopping in the boot of my Audi Q5 I noticed my pull out boot shelf had been removed. I asked them where it was and they denied having it. These people stole it and clearly are amongst the people selling these for £200 on eBay. If I could zero stars in would. Go somewhere else and save yourself from an experience of crooks and incompetents

If possible I would have given 0/10. £25 because my car was very dirty !!! Didn’t notice until I got home that there was still bird poop on the rear wheel. Extra passengers in car caused windows to steam up and of course that showed all the smears on the windows where they hadn’t been cleaned properly. Time to look elsewhere

Useless! Terrible service, and extremely rude staff.

They broke the frame of the area you’d put a cup or chewing gum. I noticed this as I left because it cut my finger and I bled. I brought the car back and they laughed and walked off.

Don’t go there at all! Especially as a woman, they definitely do the ultimate job for the cars that belong to men. If you unfortunately do go, have a watch at how quickly they’ll be done with your car as a female and how many people working on the males car. It’s a sad thing to notice in 2021.

Atrocious clean from people who couldn't care less. The boss tries to justify mud left on the car as requiring a full valet, not a wash. Prtices seem to rise there every few months and I've gone from payiung £`3 to £20 in less than a year. I'll take my £20 somewhere else thanks!

Attention to details. If that's a must then Mets is the only "car cleaning" company I'll go to.

A short while ago whilst cleaning my car the battery went flat, they did'n't have to but they recharged it for me. that's way above and beyond (no extra charge added).

They are friendly and reliable. The job I assume can be tedious, but their attention to detail has never in my experience has never dipped.

Their customer satisfaction seems effortless, just part of the job. I cant recommend them enough :)

We visited today and paid for the car to be cleaned inside and out. When we returned we found that the inside smelled as though someone had been sick. They took no responsibility for this and only offered us a hanging air freshener to try and cover the smell. We believe they re-used a rag that had been used to clean up vomit and transferred the smell to our car. In the end we had to fully clean the car and rugs ourselves to get rid of it. For the record, the outside of the car was left with dirty streaks where it had not been properly washed either. Clearly we will not be returning.

Took my car for 'valeting' paid £60. when I got back to pick it up there were these stains all around the gear box. I asked what those were he said oh the paint's come off there. I thought he was joking but he said no it's come off see can't clean it....! I told him it wasn't like that when I left it with them and he said course it was I drove the car and I saw these were there before, we haven't done that. I said well i have been driving this car for years and there never were stains there, he said no course it was this wasn't us...! I actually sat there in disbelief that he'd damaged my car and he was completely denying it! Had he owned up to it and apologised I would not be so enranged! Apart from that they'd 'forgotten' to clean the seat belts so had to drive back for them to clean it.
