Elis Hand Car Wash

This was by far the most unprofessional and unreliable car wash I have ever been to in my life. I took my car here today and noticed that a whole inch of my paintwork had been peeled off! I calmly raised the issue with the owner of the business and as I expected, he instantly denied the allegation and became extremely defensive. He then began asking me for evidence and told me that his staff members were not 'stupid', despite me assuring him that the damage was NOT there prior to this car wash.

When I asked if his business was insured and whether I could claim through his insurance - he refused to share this information with me and proceeded to curse and swear under his breath, whilst asking me to leave the premesis. I urge people to stay clear of this car wash. A car wash worth £7 has now required me to respray my whole door panel! Please do not risk it....
