Spoke with Linda Hegarty who was able to answer all my questions about taking out a BMW service plan. I had called two BMW dealers in Enfield and Kentish Town another not one person got back to. Very good customer experience........

I booked my car in for its second service they gave me the next available date which was two days away this was very convenient for me. My engine management light was on which stated the cruise control wasn't working. They had a look and for not too much extra fixed it. This is the first time I'm using BMW in Battersea and I'm very impressed. I found the service advises and general staff very helpful they went out there way to help. All in all I'm very pleased and would recommend them to any BMW drivers.

Don't even deserve one star tbh, gave the car in for a big service and new wipers to be fitted, the next day it rained and I was not able to see at all through the front windscreen and I could of had a serious accident! That is unacceptable, but to them it is as its not them who had to drive the car.
Next day received a email from them asking about feedback on there 5 star service that they claim they provide, told them what happened.
In short when I went to see them for a estimate for something else I also spoke to them about this matter, in a nutshell wasted 2 hours of my time, got stuck in horrendous traffic as they are on the other side of London, no managers available I was told, no one at all with authority to simply change over the wipers that I paid for, that were meant to help me see clearer, my evidence of the email I had sent to them explaining etc.
Instead of a apology, they are arrogant and rude and unhelpful like most of the BMW dealerships, hence after over 20

I can't express how disappointed I am with the service I am receiving from this BMW outlet. My BMW K1200RS motorcycle is still with them, and all I want is a simple understanding of what is wrong with the machine and what has to be done. Instead, after chasing for 3 days with not one call returned until this morning I was advised (basically what I already know, that is why I took the bike to them). Their is a gear problem !! Thus far I have been verbally advised it will be in excess of £3,500. to repair, but they are not sure what is wrong, so that is the cost to replace the gearbox. Frankly, I could have gained this much information over the telephone without taking the bike to them, and waiting 4 days for a response. Still none the wiser on what they suggest I should do !!!!
BMW, please note my other motorcycle is a Ducati Diavel, and service I have received from them is 'outstanding'. Please can you try to be just half as good as Ducati !!!!!

Did not expect such poor level of service from a BMW garage. No updates on repairs, no courtesy cars provided, despite promises that there would. They are quite happy to leave customers high and dry, all they want is your money. AWFUL!

This BMW service garage charges £120 for a 'diagnosis' of what is wrong with your car. The diagnosis for my 5 year old BMW 3 with intermittent engine vibration was that all 6 fuel injectors needed changing (£1,320). No explanation as to why all 6 might have gone at once. No guarantee that this would fix the problem; they just said they would road test the car afterwards to see if the problem had cleared. If they charge for diagnosis and want £1,320 for the fix they need to be certain it will sort out the problem. The staff on the door and chauffeur are good - they save this garage.

What is there to say, it is a service garage and the standard of works is without question, clear information and feed back on issues or faults found could be better though thus the 8 stars. I have been using this garage for a number of years and they have been very obliging.

BMW Battersea -Very poor service from the Parts Department . The phone cuts off if they don't answer it within 20 rings .After 4 attempts got through ,staff won't give their names and the stock level is so poor they had to "special order "a set brake pads .Two days wait ,then they won't mail out .Had to drive all the way over there -no parking then wrong parts came in -I was not very happy !!!Staff could not care less they are too busy looking after big spenders not interested in the normal guy.

BMW Park Lane Battersea Service has been a unsatisfactory experience for me. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Unwilling to listen to your questions and talk over you if you do ask anything. Only 2 people were helpful, one was at the gate who welcomed me and directed me where to go and the other one was who received me at the doors.

Rude and unhappy staff, it seemed to me as they were dragged to do work, no customer relations and hardly any smile on their faces.

I used these guys and they were slow and expensive. they seem more interersted in their corporate customers than the individual customer.
