Warning .. my car was scratched, plastic parts broken, they took my car to another garage in streatham without my knowledge and broken the fuel pump because they haven't filled the filter with diesel first when replaced.
My battery Bosh was replaced for a Chinese one without my permission.
No communication at all during the service, only for payment time.
They fitted second hand parts in my carparts and charged me as new.

My dashcam with microphone microphone recorded all!
Justice is coming.

I unfortunately had a very bad experience with this garage. I won't go into specifics but the customer service was appalling and very defensive. I will not be going back but everyone should form their own opinion. I may have been unlucky.

My suggestion would be to honour promises and not do things in a rush to get as many cars MOT'd as quickly as possible. This was the impression I got. It is only an opinion though and it could have been a bad day.

I would highly recommend this garage!
I nearly gave up on my alfa brera after getting quoted elsewhere a ridiculous prices for having a service, mot and suspension fixed.
My parts arrived promptly and my car was fixed and at last drives like a dream!
I also just had my entire car resprayed including my alloys and I have officially fallen back in love with my car!
I discovered this garage from my boss and travel 6 miles and only trust them to deal with my cars

Absolutely awful service.
Steer clear.

I used this garage for over 6 years. Over time they became increasingly erratic in their service. I now take my car elsewhere as I felt I could not trust them anymore. This is a balanced view over many years.

I would honestly avoid this garage

I took my Alfa Romeo to Wardo after I hit a post in my car! The repair was finished to a high quality, my only negative was the mucky Sun Newspaper left in the car and my washer pump was wired back to front. Other than that the body repair was top notch. Nice on Wardo...

I am a mechanic and worked at Wardo Autos for 4 years in the 80's. I had to leave to relocate to Sussex. I was one of four skilled mechanics and we were all very honest, concientious and proud of our work. The owner at that time was a chap named Roy and he would not tolerate any bad or substandard work, he would constantly check that we were all doing our jobs properly and to the highest standards. We never had any complaints from customers, they were all happy and satisfied with the quality of work and the fair price they paid for the work. Our regular customers included, a high court judge, a member of a well known pop group, police officers and many business men, all of whom used Wardo Autos regularly and were always completely satisfied. I dont know if Roy still owns Wardo Autos or if any of my other mechanic friends are still there, maybe I will get the chance to pay Wardos a visit one day. I can honestly say that working for Roy was a privelige and I miss them all very much. Len.

I went to Wardo Autos in April 2010. My car needed an MOT and service. They were fantastic and I would say they are the best garage in Putney. I have tried others in the area and Wardo Autos offered the best price and were very helpful.

I regret taking my car to Wardos. When I rang the first time there was no answer but the guy dialed 1471 and rang me back immediately. Impressed by his efficiency, I proceeded with the MOT. The car failed and I noted the reasons. The guy said he'd ring me with a quote for the parts but it took him 2 days to obtain it. It was me who had to ring him repeatedly for the quote - half the time no one answered (no answerphone) and the other half an accented man answered who was rude and swore in in the background. The quote seemed very expensive and I discussed it with a friend in the business who told me to go elsewhere - my friend was of the opinion that the guy at Wardo's had repeated problems using different words to confuse me and to make me think that it was more serious than it was. I finally managed to get my car out of Wardos and took it to another centre. There, they found that none of the MOT failures were actually true and that the only thing that needed doing was to change a lightbulb (which Wardos had failed to pick up on). I ended up paying 1/9 of the price that Wardos quoted.I'm furious that a garage can try so hard to take advantage of a young lady who needs an MOT.

I totally disagree! I have been taking my car to Wardo Autos for well over 4 Years now and I have never experienced a problem with them with none of my cars. In fact I have recommended friends to go there when they have gone to other garages and received a high quote for work to be done to their cars or experienced problems elsewhere.

This garage is expensive and not qualified to carry out the most basic repair. My Fiesta went in for an MoT and they claimed the wiper switch was not working (It was when it went in) In replacing the switch they managed to disconnect the key and ignition resulting in a replacement key £214 and two weeks to repair. Not to be recommended. You have been warned
