Do not go here!! I paid for a service on my car and have been waiting over 3 months for my paper work and invoice I have been given every excuse in the book owner away then his not in … receptionist is rude unprofessional service and would never use again!! How can a garage do a service on your car and feel it’s ok to not provide any paperwork for what’s done but have the money.
Very unprofessional

First time I used them never again.
The boss wasn’t there I got served by a guy he’s very rude and not helpful.
I would avoid them at all cost.

Brilliant, reliable, friendly. We've used this garage for many years for both our family cars. I totally trust them. They are v reasonably priced and go out of their way to help. Always have space to fit in an appointment within a day or two. It is a huge relief to have a garage like this in our area. We are always recommending them to friends.

After being turned away on a Saturday morning from Kwik Fit, BMW Hexagon and some independent garages, I called Buchanan Motors and they were able to look at my car and were helpful, unlike the other ignorant so called service centres.

As we were travelling home to Scotland that day, we started to worry, however, these guys managed to diagnose the problem, order the part, fit the part and take it a test drive within 2 and a half hours.

Would recommend to anyone and would use again if I needed a mechanic in London.

Total rip off was told 4 different prices to fix, over 3000 pound after research I found it would cost 700 to fix and when the car was picked up my engine was totally in bits and the People who fixed it couldn't understand what they had done, would advise to very careful with this people!!

Our family have used Buchanan Motors for nearly 30 years. The staff are professional and thorough. They have always been efficient, polite and obliging. The service has always been second to none. I can recommend this garage without hesitation.

I had been using Buchanans for some time years ago and they were good local garage. I went there recently with a rattle sound coming from my car. Lloyd (the owner) asked me to leave it for a day so they can check. When i went back he told me my gearbox was gone and id have to spend £1800 to fix it. I heard from friends that Lloyd was ripping people off recently so i took it to Mercedes dealers in golders green. The dealers asked me some questions and said to leave it with them and theyll charge me £90 +vat per hour to diagnose the problem. They found out the problem and within an hour. my gearbox was fine, the noise was caused by loose shackles which cost £2. They also fixed another problem i had, all for £281.

I have been coming to Buchanan's Motors for many years and the staff as well as the MD were very polite, professional and helpful.
They only use genuine parts to repair vehicles and you can be certain you will receive value for your money.
