I attended this establishment over bank holiday weekend to book a service and MOT. Sadly I was disappointed with the customer service. I stood in the queue almost 15 minutes waiting for the young lady to pay her bill.
I heard from both the customer and shop attendant as they stood discussing their relationships with their respective partners. Once I heard all about her split from her boyfriend and his reluctance of becoming a father for the second time I decided to interrupt to ask if its possible to speed things along. These two people looked at me with shear disgust for interrupting. They had absolutely no idea that this type of conversation was no appropriate for the workplace. She referred to him as babe, and she was looking forward to him picking up the car at her home on wednesday. Forgive me if I am wrong but is it too much to ask not to hear about people's dirty laundry in public and customer services to politely say I will be with you in a minute?
I walked out this establishment knowing a lot about these individual's personal life and nothing about kwik fit. Did not book my MOT/Service with Kwik fit. Please give your staff training about dealing with the public.
