Although I can say that the service provided by this garage fulfils our rational expectations about repairs, given that I have not complaints about its team of mechanics, unfortunately I can not say the same about the member of the staff who deals with the public:
I do consider highly important a good customer service, where the client can feel in good hands and where the client's opinion and/or comments are considered instead of belittled without a logical reason.
My personal experience has not been positive in this respect. I have to acknowledge that the person who pointed at the garage when I needed one, warned me about "the difficult approach to clients", and now I have experienced how difficult it is to get a job done without being patronized previously, even when a simple call to any other garage can assure you it is a normal and feasible job what you are requesting.
All in all, because of its customer service -important point for any business-, I cannot give this garage more than 4 out of 10.
