I went here to get a new headlight bulb, but didn't really know what I was looking for. I asked the very helpful gentleman behind the counter, who found me the perfect bulb. He also gave me the one on offer rather than just finding the most expensive one. Very pleased with the service in this store on this occasion although they are invariably understaffed, it wasn't a problem this time.

Perhaps they might like to employ a sufficient number if staff, so that customers are not stood waiting for half an hr.... Failing that a chair and some coffee.
