Helpful to the point of kindness will always explain to u the reasons your car is broken and then explain to u what’s needed and the reason why.
My car was broken, I had been to two other local garages with them doing work but not fixing issue then my friend told me about this shop.
Car was diagnosed properly no more guessing as other garages did!
In my honest opinion if u drive a VW and live within 50 miles of this shop I would take the time to drive here so other people don’t waste your time and money. Simon should run VW uk as he has more knowledge than the main dealer!

My partner has a mark 4 Golf GTI an has used this specialist Golf Shop for years. She recommended them to me when my mark 5 Golf 1.9 TDi was due for a service. I found them to be friendly, speedy, professional and competitively priced. They have since done other work on my car. Highly recommended!
