Can't fault the team today from the minute we turned up I was stuck what bulbs I needed for my reg lights gentleman Mark helped me locate what we needed directed me to sienna who on the till booked us in with Raj Raj was a extemly helpful young man who helped fit the bulbs showing us and my children what he was doing .He also looked over my window wipers and explained the fault they had he located the right wipers for me and help me fit them Raj also refused a tip very kind professional employees thankyou kindly

Sadly I had to give this store one star. It would be ZERO if I had the option. Purchased a Carrera bike. It was put together by who we thought were professionals. On the first time out on the bike, my son was at the BMX track and the entire back wheel came off! This resulted in a dislocated shoulder and a severely cut up arm. The injury was so bad that he was unable to do any sport for at least two weeks! He then took the bike out today, for the second time and the brakes failed! Clearly, someone is not doing their job however when I took the bike back to speak to the manager, I was meant with rudeness and terrible customer service. He wasn't sympathetic to either incidence. No sorry. Nothing. He point-blank refused a refund because they couldn't sell it on. Bearing in mind the bike clearly has something wrong with it, yet Halfords are willing to sell it on to another victim. All they offered was to fix it?! Really! You actually think I would TRUST you to fix it! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
