Worst customer service ever! Got my bike back damaged and scratched and not even an apology. Actually pretty rude the staff.

I found Motoden services are excellent. They are technical and honest and reasonable about the charge on serving my bike, shane that I didn't buy my motorbike from Motoden. The service guys are always willing to go further mile to help me out for any problem. I would recommend the services.

A great experience every time I walk through the doors. From being given loads of advice on taking my tests, to buying my first motorbike, and now my second, the guys are brilliant. As a female going into a majority male domain, I have not been made to feel anything other than welcome. All the guys are easy to talk to and we often end up with lots of witty banter. They are knowledgable, respectful and willing to go that extra mile when necessary. Totally recommend Motoden..

Bought my transalp 700 from these guys I think I got a fairly good deal with my varadero as a trade in . The guy's where straight down the line with me and met me half way with every thing I asked for in the deal, can't say fairer than that. The bike is a cracker , immaculate and it came with a full pannier set. I looked all around London and the south east and could not find a better deal for the year and condition. I will definitely trade with these guy's again soon. Maybe a cross runner next !
