ought my bike here for a simple clutch cable change. They seemed nice, thought they knew what they were talking about so asked for a small service as bike was there. When i came in 3DAYS LATER!! they tried to stick me with a £475 bill for labour and parts 2 weeks before Xmas, said it was tricky and time consuming. They never told me the price until the pickup despite asking over the phone. Argued down to £400 but what a rip off. Bike now leaking oil and smoking. gone back in again and said im not paying. Will let you know the outcome. could have been a bad day for them, who knows..

Hi,

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Joseph who has been of great assistance during the purchase of first a second-hand scooter and then a new one.. piaggio Liberty, even though I had a few problems with the deals and was quiet new to biking it was always reassuring to know Joseph was their trying keep me happy so much so that he has ensured that my next new bike will be from Geomoto, then his last effort of replacing my mirror in double/even super triple quick time... what can I say !!!!!!

MANY THANKS GEOMOTO TEAM

Geomoto sell tucanourbano lap covers on their website. My order arrived in 2 days and was perfect. The lapcover is got my vespa GT125. The radiator vents send warm air under the cover which is trapped and keeps me really warm. Highly recommend Geomoto, I broke a plastic part when I was fitting it (my own fault), but they asked Tucanourbano to send me a replacement and I got it next day. Geomoto are very reliable.

Geomoto sell new vespa and piaggio scooters. The scooter clothing is really good at Geomoto and my friend was interested in a suzuki motorbike, so we went along together. As my old scooter needed an Mot I got it done while I was talking to the salesman. Geomoto do 0% finance on new scooters and suzuki motorbikes, so we applied and were accepted. I just need to sell my used scooter, then I can go ahead, can’t wait. The sales and workshop at Geomoto were all very helpful in helping me make my decision to get on a new vespa, with my friend on his new suzuki. I only really went in for an Mot.

I've only used the sales department, which was really good and friendly. The workshop is busy and the customers looked happy, so I'll be coming here for my servicing. My lovely new mp3400 is begging to be ridden, they're great. Go to Geomoto and buy one.

For a daily journey, buy the best you can afford. Go to Geomoto where you will get a lot better than you thought.

Buying a used scooter is always a bit of a lottery. So I decided to pay a bit more and buy from a shop. Geomoto were selling a lovely gts300 and with a 3month warranty. I called to arrange a viewing and they offered me a test ride. When I arrived it was all shiny and ready to go. The condition was just as described on their website, not like a few I've seen at other dealers. The salesman arranged finance for me and threw in a free MOT. Now I reckon I'm riding the best commuter machine ever built, for less than the tube fair. Go to Geomoto if you want the best.

If you want to buy a scooter or bike in London go here !!! These guys get it right, many places are all over you giving you sales patter and others, incredibly, just ignore you. The guy at Geomoto (Joseph) was really friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me chose my first bike and made sure I had everything in place. Finance, insurance, tax, registration it's all quite complicated but Joseph dealt with everything and made it easy for me. My gladius is beautiful and I'm glad I took advice from these guys as it fits my journey perfectly. I would recommend these people to my mum, although she seems to prefer pillion for now.

Fantastic Service! Have been dealing with these guys at Geomoto for over 10 years and bought my 1st scooter from them - am now on my 3rd one having traded in all the previous ones ( and always got a really fair trade-in!) Always had my servicing done there and never had a problem - I think they are fair and reasonably priced- Ive even been told by Phil the workshop manager to not waste my money on certain things I thought I needed and saved me money in the end! Now thinking of trading in my vespa for the new MP3 - I test road theirs today- so easy and comfortable-will be able to take the wife and her shopping on the back as well! will be going to Geomoto for my 4th bike on sat!

I got stuck in the snow, well not really stuck. I was riding fine, but I felt like the cars around me were a bit out of control. I stopped in at Geomoto, cold and a bit exhausted. They actually gave me a cup of tea, then loaded my scooter in a van and took me home. I know it was only a few streets away and Nicky was going that way anyway, but what other shop would treat you like that?. if you have a problem and nobody can help, call the Geomoto team (especially Nick).

I think I've found a really good workshop in north London. My GSXR750 was reluctant to start so I called for a chat, Bruno booked me In for a 1/2 hour checkover and quoted me £30 plus vat. When I arrived he was expecting me and had noted everything we had discussed for the benefit of the mechanic. They called me in the afternoon and I collected my bike in the evening. Even though it was closing time, Bruno showed me where my battery had become loose. They had secured and charged the battery, then checked the whole bike to make sure nothing else was loose. They even adjusted my chain and tyre pressures. Most other workshops would have tried to sell me a new battery, but Bruno tested the old one, said it seemed fine but gave me a price to replace it. Good, old fashioned, honest service. They will be there a long time with service like this.

This is an excellent shop, they sell new and used scooters. When they break Geomoto fix them. When its cold they sell good clothing and if you need luggage they have it. Even if you only need a short term rental they can help. I needed more training to be safe on a long adventure, they got me priority booking at camrider. Lovely bunch of people.

Excellent as usual. I dropped my new vespa, so went to see what could be done. Bruno the parts guy had everything in stock and Phil, the workshop manager got it all fitted on the same day. If you want experts, go to Geomoto, the Camden branch is just as good.

I love this shop. They have everything I need for scootering and are really helpful. There’s parking on the forecourt on Hawley Road and as soon as you walk in you feel welcome. There’s music playing and several staff pottering about, who smile at you, then let you brows. The salesman (Rick) is a real gentleman and spent lots of time with me. I wanted a new Vespa GT as it has more road presence and is more comfy over longer distance than my old LX. Sorting out finance was a mission as was insurance, but choosing all the accessories and some new clothing with Rick was fun. After a few hicups with the dvla and Piaggio, which my new best friend Rick dealt with admirably, I left my old LX and rode off with my new red GT. I’m amazed at some of the poor reviews this place has had. Rick hasn’t been there long, ask for him, you will be well looked after. Highly recommended.

Can't agree more with the comments above. Expensive extras are added to bills, and work carried out without my agreeing to it. [EDIT] AVOID!

Had a puncture, took it to Geomoto in Finchley who plugged it and charged £60, said it was 45mins labour. Pricey but they're an authorised dealer/workshop so I assumed the work was ok.

Had another puncture about a week after, this time took it to another tyre place (who are good and I know and trust, but was too far to make it on the first puncture). First thing they ask is "who did that other plug?" said it was so badly done they were surprised it wasnt leaking. Maybe it was. They re-did that one, and plugged the new hole, all in for £22.50. Took 15 mins or so.

Apparently Geomoto hadn't even cleaned/prepared the inside of the tyre or applied sealant properly, (it peeled straight off with little effort, I watched the guy at the other garage do it). Also the plug was probably pulled tight on the outside before cutting (its supposed to be left proud so it wears down and expands out into the hole), and had shrivelled back into the whole it was supposed to be plugging.

Might not have been a deliberate bodge, but it was very shoddy work and was a rip-off at that price anyway. As an authorised service centre and workshop they should at least know how to fix a puncture properly.

I would have liked to mention the name of the other garage but I don't want their good name associated with these cowboys.

I've taken my bike to Geomoto to check some issues while it's on warranty and not only the problem is not covered by warranty (which I strongly disagree) but they have overcharged me for a small repair. I can't believe that a couple of component changes takes two hours to a qualified mechanic!!! It's a completely rip off, don't go there. Also asked for the old parts and they told me that they threw them away while the law says that you have the right to take them with you!!! Be careful!
