Horrible experience, item still there after 2 months, being lied to every time I call back by being promised that I will be notified but it never happens unless I chase and when I do it, nothing actually happens. I even told Sam that I'm ok if they are incapable of repairing the item if this is the case. I've been fair and correct and I was super patient but this is now absolutely dishonest and unacceptable service. Will ask for full refund.
