Possibly my worst ever retail experience. Staff in the shop unfriendly and rude, I felt as if they didn't want me in there. I imagined that as the staff had such attitude problems they must have hired for their huge knowledge of their products, this was certainly not the case, when I asked for a certain product they very rudely told me it didn't exist and even when I pointed it out on their own website they didn't have the manners to apolagise.
All this I could forgive, however I paid through the nose for saturday delivery and when this didn't happen they refused to give me a refund for my Saturday delivery cost. After writing a number of emails and being told very frankly that it was my own fault for choosing there 'sub standard service' I managed to get through to someone in their parent company who told they would sort it out.
Three months later and nothing has been sorted, they havent responded to my phone calls or emails. Absolutely disgusting company and I would avoid them like the plague.
Superfi sell a wide range of personal, hi-fi and home entertainment systems and accessories. They also provide a repair service.
