Regent Sounds is an independent guitar shop run by musicians. In 2010 the shop changed ownership and underwent a substantial refit to present what is now a bright and spacious Fender & Gretsch specialist in Central London.

We pride ourselves on guiding you through your options without bias, allowing for a comfortable and informative shopping experience.
Aside from specialising in Fender & Gretsch and being the only Fender Custom Shop dealer in Central London, we stock many other carefully chosen brands. These reflect the ethos of the shop and ensure whether you’re just starting out or you’re a professional, we will always have something interesting to offer.

We value your custom and hope that no matter what the enquiry is, you know we’re here to help!

Employees ought to stop eating food at the counter while serving customers and refrain from 'breaking wind' in the customer's face while being asked questions about Fender guitars (there was no 'excuse me' given after belching either!). The employee a clean shaven guy with darkish hair was totally uninterested in dealing with me, he answered my questions abruptly and then went on to ignore me totally. I own a lot of Custom Shop guitars and was a serious buyer. However, I will never buy an instrument from such a rude and unfriendly store. What makes staff think they can treat customers bad

The manager's a nice guy but he really needs to employ friendly staff. I've been into this shop several times and not once have I been asked for help or even greeted. The last time I bought some plectrums the guy didn't even look up or acknowledge me.
Response from Crispin Manager
I'm very sorry to hear this.

Please come in and let's have a talk about it. I really don't want you to be disappointed.
We try very hard to make sure all of our customers are well treated and leave the shop happy.

Best music shop in town. Friendly impartial advice and service, and beautiful guitar/amp collection without the ridiculous mark up prices. Also sells strings at a far more reasonable price than any other shop. Highly recommended.
